Hundreds of people participated in Nagar Kirtan as they left the city's Tirhut Colony on Tuesday to mark the birth anniversary of Sikh sect founder Guru Nanak Dev. Children, young, old women, all they saw was the enthusiasm of Guru Bhakti. The enthusiasm of the devotees was also visible. Hundreds of people gathered to see the palanquin adorned with flowers. Whoever saw it simply got immersed in the color of the glory of the Guru.
At around 9 in the morning, the devotees reached the Guru's feet adjoining Kishori Lal Chowk via musical Kirtan Mandali, Municipal Corporation Chowk, Thana Mod, Bata Chowk, Churi Bazar, Mahanthi Lal Chowk, Petrol Pump, Worshiped the kar wahe guru.
